Walk up one flight of stairs from our knitting room floor in Waterbury, Vermont, and you’ll leave behind the whir of the knitting machines and start to hear the hum of voices. These are the voices of our Customer Service Team, answering phone calls, emails, and chats from you.

You send some amazing messages and stories to us, and our Customer Service Team receives many of those. They then share those stories with the broader company, and we love to hear them — stories of sock saves, quirky packages, and problems solved.
