Shipping
We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii). Orders begin processing immediately and ship out within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates
- FREE standard ground shipping for any orders of $50 or more. Terms & Conditions.
- Flat rate for all orders under $50 shipping standard ground.
- Expedited shipping rate and delivery speed will be calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
Orders with expedited shipping must be placed before 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to be processed for same-day shipment.
Expedited shipping is available within the continental US only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
We do not offer and cannot guarantee weekend delivery of expedited orders.
Holiday Shopping Deadlines
Last day in December to place an order for estimated arrival before Christmas.

Shipping Delays
Darn Tough is not responsible for delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. We ship all orders the same day that we provide your tracking information via email. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control how your order is handled or where it is sent.
International
We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the US from DarnTough.com, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your paws into our socks!
If you're located in the United Kingdom, you can shop online at DarnTough.uk. We also ship to addresses within the European Union from DarnTough.eu.

FAQ: Shipping & Recent Orders
I didn't receive an email confirmation of my online order. What do I do?
First, check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, contact us at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you made an error on your order, like ordering the wrong size, our order confirmation page allows you to cancel it for one hour after it was placed so you can resubmit the order with the correct information. After the first hour, we cannot cancel or change an order.
We may be able to accommodate address updates after the initial hour, but we cannot guarantee it, as we work quickly to process and ship your orders. Please emails us at support@darntough.com with the email subject line UPDATE SHIPPING ADRESS, and our team will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you can't cancel your order, don't fret — we've got you covered with free returns and exchanges.
When will my socks ship?

Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, we offer UPS two day and next day service. It is important to note that orders must be placed by 12 PM EST in order to ship same day and that neither service offers Saturday delivery. If an order is placed before 12 PM on a Friday and next day air service is selected, that order will be delivered on Monday.
Can I ship my order outside the US?
We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the US from DarnTough.com, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your paws into our socks.
For shipping address within the European Union or United Kingdom, you can order from DarnTough.eu or DarnTough.uk, respectively.

I just bought a new pair of Darn Toughs and both have an “L” inside the cuff. Did I mistakenly get two left socks?
We don’t make asymmetrical socks. That letter represents the size, in this case size large. All of our socks are knit with a size letter or letters inside the cuff.
I bought two different pairs of Darn Tough socks in the same size, but when they arrived one pair was clearly bigger than the other. Did I get sent the wrong size or a mislabeled sock?
Most likely not, especially if one is an Ultra-Lightweight Run sock. And here's why: We knit our socks with a variety of yarns in different weights — from Ultra-Lightweight to Heavyweight — depending on its intended end-use. Our Ultra-Lightweight Run socks, for example, are knit using super thin strands of Merino Wool and extra stretchy Lycra Spandex. The result? The Run sock will look smaller than say a Midweight Hike sock of the same size due to their respective yarn constructions. Sure, it might sound complicated, but slip them on and you'll see they both fit perfectly – the Run sock just offers more stretch and rebound.
If you want to double-check sizes, we knit the size letter (S, M, L, etc.) into the cuff of every sock (except for No Show Hidden and No Show Invisibles, where we knit it on the bottom of the foot). If the size is incorrect or you're still having issues with fit, please contact our customer service team.
My packaging looks different, why is that?
We are rolling out new packaging. There is a chance what you receive might either be mixed or something you've never seen. The socks are no different.
For what it's worth, on the new packaging we increased the size of the size chart (pun?), provided a height chart, and have reorganized how we describe weight and cushion to what we believe is an easier-to-understand system. That was based on customer feedback from phone calls, emails, social DMs, actual mail, and some face-to-face meetings.
