Sales Returns

Have any UNWORN socks that you want to return? Wrong size, color, or style? We make it easy to return your unworn Darn Tough socks.

Store Returns: Return the unworn socks to the store where you originally made the purchase for a refund or exchange.  

Online Returns: Return unworn socks purchased at darntough.com for a refund. Please return socks in their original packaging. Please include the original packing slip OR your name, mailing address, email address, and order number so we can quickly process your refund and credit the card used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within two business days of when we receive them. Please note your credit card/bank often requires additional time for processing at their end.

Exchanges: Simply place a new order online and we'll ship your new socks right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original socks.

Warranty Returns

Our unconditional lifetime guarantee is simple and without strings or conditions. If our socks are not the most comfortable, durable and best fitting socks you have ever owned, return them for another pair.  Here’s how:

Return the socks to the store where you originally made the purchase for a replacement

OR

Mail the socks back to us along with a completed Warranty Form.

We will replace the socks with a comparable pair based on style, functionality, and price. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
