Small is too big, slide down

"I love Darn Tough socks. Unfortunately, the "T4016 No Show Midweight Tactical Socks with Cushion" did not meet the standard I expected from this company. I ordered a size small per the sizing chart because I wear a Women's size 9. The small is too big for this size. The sock bunches at the back when I put on a shoe. It is also loose overall--they feel floppy without shoes. Sadly, I cannot recommend these socks for a women's size 9."
