"I wore the socks once after washing them. They seemed a little short. The first wear of the socks was a tough first day on the job for them as I wore them to cut wood. I needed to pick wood chips off them before washing them and when they came out of the dryer the sock were already beginning to pill. I don't like this in a sock."

looking to match darn tough socks I already wear -- can't find measurements for standard crew lightweight lifestyle or micro crew. The ones I have measure 7" heel to top just lying flat, 8" when wearing.
