"Very light weight and thin. Seems the perfect ratio of cool wicking merino wool and polyester/spandex. Wore today umpiring baseball on the bases, was 95 degrees, and my feet remained relatively cool and absolutely dry. Had I had on black cotton socks, they’d a been soaked by the end of the game. Two big enthusiastic thumbs up. These are definitely going to be my new baseball umpire “base” socks. Very comfortable— not cushioned, but for the application, I did not want them to be. "I've been rocking Darn Tough for a very long time. Bought a few pairs of the Micro Crew Ultralight running socks specifically for cycling and they fit the bill perfectly. I'm in south Florida and wanted something lighter but form fitting, plus wool. They fit like a glove and are not hot at all. DT should make some cycling specific socks and these are exactly where they should start."

"These one fit just right, build quality is great, but somehow one sock got hardened at key points i hope that doesn't affect durability. I use these socks to prevent blisters when im playing pickleball because they're moisture wicking and work really well. They fit perfect unlike the ultra light ones that are too tight. Socks height covers past ankle so is great for not rubbing against shoes. Expensive socks, but life time warranty so i am happy with my purchase."
