I was waiting for a

"I was waiting for a bit more wear before doing this, but if you need it now here does. Seems just slightly roomy at the instep, (if that's the correct term...the spot at the top of the foot before the ankle). Other than there it's a great fit so far and very comfortable. Wish I'd gone with some brighter colors but that's on me. I can't decide if I like the micro crew hikers or these lifestyle lightweight socks better. I guess time will tell. As I've mentioned before I'm a different user than most since most of my 'hiking' is being done on a treadmill for cardiac rehab, maybe 1 1/2-2 1/2 miles at a time but so far their the best socks give used for this activity. Being almost 79 yrs old now, the lifetime warranty isn't a huge deciding factor in using darn toughs but it is nice to know if I did need a 'refill' it'd be on you! Thanks!"

"Dry and Comfortable. I bought both Lightweight and Cushioned Lightweight. Both have impressed me as doing what is advertised. I have previously had Merino-blend socks (CC branded) that shrunk and were virtually worthless. I'd purchased about 20 pairs and when relating my problem to the manufacturer they replaced 6 pairs. I asked Darn Tough about sizing, thinking I might buy a larger size and that's when I learned their socks are pre-washed / shrunk. These people are GREAT! And so are their socks."
