Uncomfortable heel and toe

"Darn Tough is my favorite sock brand and I have about 2 dozen pairs. This one for some reason is designed with an odd shaped and scratchy feeling toe and heel. The stitching on the heel has 2 sewn points that are directly on the bottom of the heel as shown in my picture. This one was a big miss. I hope this isn’t the direction they are going on all their new socks."

"These were a terrible disappointment. Great design, but much too long - Darn Tough's midweight micro crew hiking styles are perfect in a large, but these at the same size had the heel seam sitting entirely off the ground and behind the top of my ankle. The exchange was painless, so high marks to Darn Tough overall, but these socks in particular I am sad not to be able to recommend."

"As with all Darn Tough socks, I love the feeling of these socks on my feet. Despite having no cushion they have a nice overall plush feeling to them while still remaining sleek on the foot. The spooky design is adorable and the fit is great. As a woman, I find they come up a little bit high, but it’s not super uncomfortable. They’re great for any season too."

"I bought 2 pair; one for me and a gift. First time I purchased unisex sizing and I didn’t like the fit nor how much higher the sock was. Although I followed the size chart for women, they were a bit too big for me and would be way to long for my friend. I returned both pair. They are the cutest Halloween socks ever. I loved the design and the colors but not the fit. My regular women’s’ medium are perfect and I’ll stick to that."
