MICRO CREW REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM

Effective August 1, 2024 members of the Micro Crew Rewards Loyalty Program ("Loyalty Program" or "Program") will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying products at DarnTough.com. No purchase is necessary to obtain membership or enroll in the Micro Crew Rewards Loyalty Program.

You must be age 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for membership. Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By enrolling in the Micro Crew Rewards Loyalty Program, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, email address, state of residence and optional phone number. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Members are entitled to only one Member Account.

To join the Micro Crew Rewards Loyalty Program click HERE. In order to enroll on the Website, you must first be a registered user of the DarnTough.com website and have a username and password. The information provided in creating an account on DarnTough.com or in joining the Program will be handled according to the Darn Tough Vermont privacy policy. Program members may cancel their Micro Crew Rewards Loyalty Program account at any time by contacting Darn Tough Vermont customer service team. Upon cancellation, any unused points accrued in the cancelling member's account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.

Upon joining the program, customers may be credited points for valid purchases that occurred up to 3 months (90 calendar days) before joining the loyalty program.

Customers must be members of our loyalty program and signed in to their account to earn loyalty discounts and deals. Loyalty member points, when earned, will be credited to Customer accounts and will be available for use 5 days after Customer orders have shipped. Discounts, offers, promotions, or coupon codes cannot be combined with warranty credits unless otherwise indicated. Discounts and coupon codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to an unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer and to modify or cancel the Program at any time with or without notice, or terminate any membership at any time with or without notice for any reason, including for fraud, abuse, conduct inconsistent with this policy and/or any other Darn Tough Vermont policies, for violation of any local, state, or federal laws or ordinances, or for use other than in connection with bona fide orders you personally place. Only purchases made through DarnTough.com are eligible for loyalty points.

Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, or other credit will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points. If Member’s point balance has been depleted before a return is made and processed, the Member’s account may go negative in points to account for the deduction of points for the returned or refunded product that earned the points.

From time to time, Darn Tough Vermont may run certain bonus point promotions. Under bonus point promotions, Members can earn additional or "bonus points" in connection with the purchase of certain products at DarnTough.com or in connection with shopping days where a Member earns a set amount or multiple of bonus points for shopping that day. Bonus Point promotions are only available to purchases made on DarnTough.com during the specified period of time. Bonus point promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time in Darn Tough Vermont's sole discretion.
