"I LOVE my new socks so far. Took them out for their first hike this morning for 8 miles in the Augusta, GA heat and humidity. Now usually my socks are completely soaked by the time I am finished but today was a “game changer”!!! My feet were dry but more importantly my socks were dry! "This was not my first micro crew sock purchase! Living in Florida, I love this micro crew sock which is slightly less heavy than the previous hiking socks I have purchased. Q&A

What material is used for the elastic around the top? I have two pairs I wore for a while and was fine but recently have developed a rash around the elastic the last few times I wore these and realized it had to be the elastic. In all fairness I’ve become ultra sensitive and just want to know what new product I need to steer clear of.
Our socks don’t have elastic in the band. Instead, we use Lycra Spandex in the yarn itself, so it’s built into the entire sock for a comfortable stretch all over!
I wear a size 8.5 shoe. Should I order a size medium sock?
