Find a Store

Select retailers participate in our in-store warranty program, allowing you to exchange your old socks for new ones in person.* To find out if there’s a participating retailer near you using our Store Locator, follow these steps:

1. Enter your location in the Store Locator.
2. Locate the drop down menu under the main search bar. It will read “All Stores.”
3. Click the carrot to open the drop-down menu and select “Authorized Warranty Center." Now only stores that accept warranties will appear.
4. If the “Authorized Warranty Center” option is grayed out, you can zoom the map out to widen the search area. You can also always complete your warranty through our online warranty process.

*Please note that retailers are not able to accommodate all warranty requests. For individual store terms and sock availability, please contact your local retailer for more information using the contact details provided on their listing.
