What calf circumference will the XL and the XXL fit? I'm asking for myself and a friend. Thanks.

What, if any, are the differences between the T4050 and the Men's Mountaineering Over-the-Calf Heavyweight Hiking Sock?
Hey Jon! Our T4050 uses only USA sourced wool per the Berry Amendment and the US Military uniform code. The T4050 features 79% Merino compared to 73% in the Mountaineering Over the Calf. The Mountaineering sock offers a bit more Nylon for flexibility and movement, as it is a Hiking sock. Both of these are Heavyweight, Full Cushion styles, and offer high levels of warmth and comfort!
Is the OTC length greater on a XXL than an XL? I have your OTC size Xzl and want them taller. Please let me know. Thanks, Clair Dannen
Hi Clair, moving up to an XXL will provide more length in the foot, rather than the leg. We knit our socks to provide the same height up the leg across sizes!
