"Great sock took off one star because the mountain detail knitted in on the top part of the sock is quite annoying on the inside against my calf. The Men's Snowpack Over-the-Calf Midweight Ski & Snowboard Socks I got do not have that and get 5 stars. Both have quite good light compression and good support on my instep. Turning out to work well in some of my hiking boots and work out shoes."
